Thanks to Valentine's day...chocolate is February’s signature sweet. And for the Big Kitchen, we make no exception. Love is in the air; and that means chocolate can’t be far behind. Our chocolatey treats include chocolate dipped coconut almond heart macaroons, chocolate almond biscotti, and cherry chocolate bread. And perfect to share...or not... is our Couples Cake; a moist chocolate cake with raspberry filling and vanilla buttercream. What’s Valentine's Day without an Atwater’s homemade heart shaped baguette? Perfectly paired with our handmade and Red Berry Rose Jam - a winner of the Good Food Award in 2017 - made with raspberries from Twin Springs Farm in Orrtanna, Pennsylvania and strawberries from One Straw Farm in White Hall, Maryland. Using fresh and often local ingredients is true to our roots.
