20 Year Anniversary

It all started back in 1999 with a loaf of sourdough bread at The Waverly Farmers Market. Here we are, 20 years later with 6 locations in addition to The Big Kitchen, Catering, our farm, and multiple farmers markets in the MD, VA, and DC area. This month we are celebrating our anniversary by giving back to the people who helped us get here...YOU! Join us on May 2nd and all month long for special treats to say thank you and to celebrate
20 years of serving traditional food!

On May 2nd, we are giving away one free cupcake to every customer who celebrates our birthday with us. We want to spread the love and show our customers how much we appreciate them. While you are there, grab a table and a glass of our fresh lemonade and dine in with us!

throwback breads

All month long we will be featuring old-school loaves of bread and sweet treats which can no longer find on our shelves! Our throwback breads will highlight some of our first loaves ever sold, including Sunflower Flax, Peasant Wheat, and Sesame Wheat. We're also featuring a customer favorite, Jalapeño Cheddar! Our throwback treats will include a Texas Sheet Cake and Sweet Heat Brownies. Come in and see if you can handle the heat!

Did you know that we have six locations? We are so proud to be part of so many unique parts of Baltimore and we would like to invite you to visit them all by playing our Atwater's Around the World Game. To start playing, all you have to do is pick up your Around the World punch card at any location, then start traveling around the Atwater's world. Takeout or dine in at all six restaurants (Kenilworth, Catonsville, Canton, Belvedere Square, Hopkins, and Falls Road) within the month of May to win an exclusive 20 year Atwater's T-shirt!

The prizes just keep on coming! We are giving away a weekly gift basket to a few lucky customers during our birthday month. You can enter either inside any of our locations or on our Instagram page (@atwatersfood) for the chance to win. The baskets will include an Atwater's tumbler, jam, rye crackers, pastries and much more!

We would not be where we are today without the support of our loyal customers, and we thank you for joining our commitment to traditional food for twenty years. We look forward to serving the Baltimore community for many more!
