Starter: Cashel blue cheese on toasted Irish soda bread

1st course: Evermore Farm sausage, grilled with parsnip puree, apples, and curry sauce

2nd course: Wilted cabbage salad with grain mustard vinaigrette, currents, and pickled radish. Served with Irish scones

3rd course: Pan-roasted cod, braised beef, pearl onions, potatoes, leeks, and kale.

Dessert: Guinness chocolate cake with caramel cream cheese icing
